Walnut & CNC Barista Distribution Station
Walnut & CNC Barista Distribution Station
01 · Architectural Overview & Extraction Engineering
Solid American Walnut Dock • 30lb Calibrated Constant-Pressure Spring Tamper • Gravity Leveler • 0.35mm WDT Tool & Magnetic Funnel. Engineered by Vespera Bar for quiet countertop authority, zero-retention workflow, and repeatable thermal and gravimetric precision.
Eliminates Channeling Before Extraction Begins
Combines 0.35mm 8-needle Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) declumping with a gravity-adaptive 3-blade distributor and a 30lb calibrated constant-pressure spring tamper.
Self-Leveling 90° Rim-Guided Tamper
Outer collar rides the top rim of your portafilter basket so every tamp is mechanically locked at a 0.0° horizontal plane with repeatable 30lb compression.
Hand-Rubbed Solid American Walnut Architecture
Precision-milled slots house your portafilter, tamper, distributor, WDT stand, and magnetic dosing ring in a single architectural block.
Silicone-Dampened Portafilter Cradle
Adjustable height screw accommodates both spouted and bottomless 51mm, 54mm, and 58mm commercial portafilters.
